"This work is inspired by the interplay of different elements… water, ice… shadow, sun. I like to focus on the microscopic aspects and elements in nature, such as the tiny fractals and facets of light in ice, created by sun and shadow. The most minute and easily missed details of life and nature are typically the most important ones. We, as a human species, need to wake up and get our heads out of the sand. This earth is too special and beautiful to be trashed by humans."
